We bought in 2021 when the market was 'crazy'. We must have visited over 30 properties where the agent knew the house would sell regardless so barely gave us a second thought (but would send a lot of emails, with houses way out of our price range). Del was the first agent to give us the time of day, responding to our feedback on what we wanted/didn't want - sending us houses that matched our criteria. We instantly felt comfortable in her warm and friendly presence and appreciated her honesty. In the final stages of purchasing the house, there was a mix-up with the other real estate company but Del went out of her way and work hours to ensure we could move in that night. To be selling a property for the first time when the market wasn’t strong was daunting especially not knowing much about the sale process and not having a very good experience with the agent who we purchased the property with. Del and Josh were recommended by a friend and after meeting with them for the first time we felt completely at ease. They handled everything including a professional photographer and videographer which helped out property really stand out in the market.
