We met Del through an open home at a property she was selling. She guided us (FHB) through the process of making an offer and was so thorough and helpful through the process of a multi-offer. After being unsuccessful, Del & Josh supported us as buyers' agents to get us into our first home. They must have shown us through a dozen properties, accommodating our needs, supporting during negotiations and being readily available to answer any questions we had. I cannot stress enough; how brilliant it was to have this support when you have no idea what you're doing. After a few unsuccessful offers, we eventually found a home we couldn't wait to view again and make an offer on. Del was amazing at getting us in to view quickly, and again to do DD, before supporting us to make a strong offer in a likely multi-offer situation.
