From the day we approached Del to sell our home, she informed us of the process involved. We enjoy working with Del & Josh - they are friendly, professional and do their best to cover every issue. They are easy to contact and reply quickly to any query. Our house took a while to sell, which was probably mostly due to the slightly depressed market. However we will keep using Del & Josh as they are so lovely to deal with and we get there in the end.

Del was amazing! I can’t speak highly enough when it comes to her insight into the market and how smart she works. A few months ago we didn’t have the best experience when trying to sell our home with others. We wanted to try again but we were nervous. After talking with Del I was super excited to get things rolling and she absolutely delivered on her promises. Amazing marketing strategy which created interest in the house. After one unsuccesful campaign elsewhere, Del came on with a fresh approach and was able to narrow down some key aspects to introduce in order to nail a sale. She had a clear plan and it brought results. Marketing options were explained clearly and the one best suited to our target market was picked. Immediately we had more interest, with more people through the house in the first 3 open homes than we did in our entire previous campaign. Josh and Del have worked alongside to secure our first home together. As a first home buyer myself I was nervous about the process.
