Mixed experience but got the job done
Very quick to respond and showed good knowledge of the industry and was accommodating in meeting us. She followed up with things as promised. However made us feel bad for asking for some keys that hadn't been provided and felt rushed through pre-purchase inspection.

Wow. I'm sorry you felt rushed. I thought that by personally arranging all the right people to get all new keys done for you before your settlement day was evidence of caring that you got everything you needed. Thanks for the feedback. :-)
