I interviewed half a dozen agents to sell the family home I inherited from my late mother. It was "as is where is". She shone head and shoulders above the rest. I have AuDHD and finding people who communicate effectively with me is part of my selection process. Debi didn't have as strong as track record on paper as some of the other big firms in that area, but I listened carefully to her explanation of what she'd listed and sold in the local market.
