DL had sold other similar properties in the development so her market knowledge as good, especially combined with her 30 years in the business. She always responded promptly and professionally to our comms, whether that was by phone, email or text. DL is also aware of what she doesn't know; i.e. She told us she wasn't an expert on some of the complex issues around leaky buildings and their repair and restoration.
