My wife and I purchased a house in Lake Hawea. Debbie was really helpful during the initial negotiations and helped to get a fair market price deal over the line. While it was the vendor who engaged Debbie's services, Debbie always made it feel like she was there to represent our best interests also. A friendly person to deal with and always happy to help out if questions were raised. Thanks
We have been looking to buy in Wanaka and met Debbie through this process. She was tireless in trying to find us the right property and LISTENED to what we wanted and didn't bombard us with properties that didn't fit our profile. We ended up buying a property that didn't make it to market, but I was so impressed with Debbie, we got her to sell our Hawea property which sold after the very first open home. Very pleased.
Debbie has 11 properties for sale and sold 4 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
