Dean was incredibly helpful in getting us into our new home. Because we had been in touch with him for a while and he knew our price range and desired location, he was able to put us in touch with connections of his that were looking to sell. He worked very hard to facilitate the negotiations between us and the vendors and made himself available on weekends and in the evenings whenever we needed to get hold of him to talk things through. He is well informed about the way the market is behaving, particularly around one tree hill where we were looking, and clearly works very hard to keep abreast of the trends.
