From the outset, Dean knew the strategy needed to sell our house. With the market how it is at the moment, Dean was very confident with the plan he had and he kept with it. We trusted him and he did not let us down. He kept us updated throughout the process, answered our questions, gave us sound advice. He got an amazing amount of groups through our house, and followed up with them and we ended up with 15 groups at auction day which was incredible. I liked Dean's initial approach.He seemed to really think about how he might sell my house,rather than just being anxious to get the listing .This was important as I did not want it to linger on the market.He quietly inspired confidence and made good suggestions about what I could do to help facilitate the sale.When the inevitable glitches arose he talked me through them. He had a very professional attitude and communicated well. I only had one person interested despite the marketing and the Open Homes. Because of the state of the market,and consenting issues, I received less than initially hoped for,but I am happy with the sale, and very pleased with my choice of Dean as my agent.
