David has been selling residential and lifestyle properties throughout Christchurch and North Canterbury for over 19 years. During this time he established and operated his own real estate business, he joined the Harcourts team after this business was acquired by Harcourts Four Seasons. For the past 15 years he has also owned and operated a boutique building company specialising in new builds and subdivisions. The experience gained from these businesses have provided a unique 'point of difference' and contributes to one of the most complete skill sets available across the real estate spectrum. Prior to real estate, David has also been involved in Accounting and the IT and Telecommunications industry throughout various stages of his career. Proud to be North Canterbury born and bred David now lives in Christchurch with his wife and has four children. He has a long association with sport in North Canterbury and is still an active cricketer and rugby referee. David has a passion for helping people and finds real estate is a great way to do this. His values and beliefs are based around trust and integrity, preferring the more personable approach. Very good

Dav is very Knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate game and helped us a lot through the subdivision. Dave Taylor will get all my sales and purchases going forward.
