When we went to buy the property listed by David, we instantly felt home at that property and we had to somehow convert that liking into owning. David is a fantastic agent, he worked through the purchase more transparently, swiftly and most importantly he was direct and to the point of what is possible and what is not during the negotiation phase. David was fantastic from first meeting him at our first viewing. Professional , open and honest. No airs and graces ,or pretending. Liked him immediately . Has a lovely casual , real human approach. Not dominating , no non stop Agent chatter , but answered every Q and if didn't know the answer he said so , found out and kept us informed. David worked out we were the one's that would end up successfully buying the house which was quite insightful as we don't give much away. He assisted us right up to and including during the auction, and we got house for a price we were happy with , with top bid well over reserve and the vendor got a price above their expectations.
