Great communication from David from the offset, when enquiring “pre” Open home. We hadn’t really seen David before at any open homes we had visited. He offered a very professional approach at the viewings, gave us potential solutions to some of queries we had and organised a private viewing impeccably. David negotiated the eventual price paid very well and I think it was very good for the buyer and vendor.
