David helped the reviewer buy this property

David was both professional and personable in our dealings with him.

David gained a good insight into the type of property we were looking for and the potential location. He gave us every opportunity to view the properties he had available and gave us the space to make up our minds about their suitability for us. When we requested additional information and viewing opportunities they were available. He conducted negotiations between ourselves and the vendor well. We were happy with the outcome - the purchase of a very nice home at a fair price.
