David's knowledge of the housing market was good. In discussion with him he kept us up to date with market fluctuations. Communications via text message were good but more verbal communications would have been better. Things discussed over the phone were more in depth and better explained, by both sides of the transaction, than could be gleaned from a text message. We were happy with the price we got, for where the market is, at the moment. We were very happy with the fees charged.

Excellent communication skills; however, some improvements in work style could be made. We had to run open home ourselves twice (especially the critical first one) due to incorrect timing/overlapping open homes from the agent. No post-sale support or advise should be expected, for all our calls the agent recommended to go to the lawyers. We used Aristo as a platform, so the cheaper the commission, the weaker the service. But that work great for us anyway.

David’s communication was good and was easily enough to contact when required. He came across as being personable and had a pretty straightforward approach to selling real estate. At the end of the day he managed to sell our property which was the main goal and we are grateful for the sale. Thanks David!

David was great to work with - he was upfront about price expectations, kept us in the loop at all times and negotiated a quick sale at a reasonable price given the current market!
