David is a very good communicator and knows the market very well. He sold me the house and now he has sold it for me. David knows the market well in the area was was able to get a lot people through to see it. We ended up getting 2 offers on the property. David also helped us fi d another property and helped with the offer which was accepted. Overall I would use David again if I needed to sell again.
