Difficult market conditions but got the result

Our section was desirable and fairly unique so when our plans to build changed and we decided to sell, we started a bit too optimistic about the price we could achieve in a market that worsening. David is very professional and success-oriented, and his assistant was very helpful getting our listing written and published quickly. David presented an offer that we accepted but which, with no warning or good reason, failed to go unconditional. We felt very let down by the purchaser's behaviour but David managed to present two more offers in a short timeframe with the successful one having now proceeded smoothly to completion. We selected David because we'd liked his no-nonsense approach and experience when we had talked to him about another property. Despite the setbacks and a slow market, David got the job done for us.
