We had a very positive experience working with David Campbell to find our new home. We first met David when we attended an open home he was running. We were impressed with his professionalism, both in the way he dressed, and his demeanor. He was very easy to talk to, taking the time to find out what we were looking for in a home and where we were in the home buying process. He gave us some valuable tips about the process and outlined what we needed when we were ready to make an offer on a house. From then on, David was our go-to agent for any properties we were interested in, that were listed by Wilton and Co. He contacted us if he knew of any properties that might meet our needs, and we contacted him if we saw a home we wanted to look at, or if we wanted to go back for another look at a property. He was very responsive to any requests for viewings and very helpful when we requested further information on a property. We became interested in one of the properties we viewed with David, and viewed it multiple times. David was very helpful in assisting us to get all the information we required and requested for the property. We made a decision to put an offer on the property, and David helped us with the process, ensuring we felt supported along the way, and were knowledgeable about the process even when it became a multi-offer situation. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in purchasing that property, but we continued to look at properties with David. He went above and beyond, by introducing us to a local mortgage broker when the one we had chosen was unable to get us a mortgage. When we found the home we wanted to buy, we let David know and he assisted us with putting the offer in, and was our contact throughout the negotiation process. With David's assistance, and the help of the mortgage broker he recommended, we were able to purchase our new home. We highly recommend David Campbell as a real estate agent and would happily work with him again.
