He went above and beyond, by introducing us to a local mortgage broker when the one we had chosen was unable to get us a mortgage. When we found the home we wanted to buy, we let David know and he assisted us with putting the offer in, and was our contact throughout the negotiation process. With David's assistance, and the help of the mortgage broker he recommended, we were able to purchase our new home.
