Well what more can you say about David. Why did we choose David to be our agent? The short answer is because we liked him. In May 2021 we were considering the future sale of our property in Greenmeadows, Napier. We went online to seek an ‘appraisal’ and this was responded to by Mr. David Cairns of Harcourt’s. David came and inspected our property, discussed our future plans, and carried out a comprehensive appraisal, and finally his presentation document. In June 2022 when we knew we had 4 months before our reserved unit in a retirement village would be ready for occupation, we again sought David’s advice.
