Gee Whiz!

I'm notoriously difficult to work with, door knockers will attest to this, Dave may have even come close. Though something about Dave allowed him to instantly build rapport with me and my family and while he was incredibly professional throughout our interactions, he quickly became someone that felt like an old friend. We'd tried selling our house previously with no luck (under a different Agency), we knew however this time would be different, we knew we were in good hands and that was demonstrated from the first interaction to the last. Most importantly, our house was sold and my family and I can now move on but if we had to do it all over again, there's no doubt in my mind that we'd choose Dave every time.
