Daryl was nothing but brilliant at his job. From word go he was confident in knowing what he was doing and just how to do it. Due to the condition of the house, he was able to adjust to the circumstances and I believe getting the most we could for the house as it sat. Due to different obstacles though the campaign he was able to still make the best progress and being very understanding of the situation. One couldn't of ask for anyone better!
