We had to sell one of our property at short notice nearing the last two months of the year. Kay was a Dunedin based Agent whom I had met through house hunting years ago and whom I had identified as a very professional, honest and very helpful person. This made the sale so much less stressful and kept us fully and positively focussed on achieving targetted sale. Daryl is now firmly listed as my "Property Agent to go to". He is someone (and a friend) whom I will use for my family as well as good friends. So much so, that when I wanted to sell a property I went directly to Daryl. Sure enough, as expected he worked hard for me and secured a good price for my property. Daryl was amazing to deal with as we navigated our way through selling our parents' family home, the only one I've ever known. Absolutely nothing was a problem to him.
