Personal touch missing

We were surprised to be asked to write a review by Darren though we did buy the house. The fact that he couldn’t spell our name correctly is indicative of the level of interaction that we had with him. We actually initially dealt with another agent who was fantastic . Darren stepped in when we made an offer on the home and we had limited contact with him. We didn’t expect much but he could have at least made an effort to meet us prior to handing over the keys or even send us a photo of the SOLD sign, it would have made a difference. The personal touch was missing. We have given him this feedback. The one good thing he did was to come and remove some things the previous owner had left behind.
