Throughout the purchasing process, there were multiple issues with communication, including a lack of timely updates and situations where I felt I had to chase information rather than being kept informed. There was a lack of communication towards the seller also which led to undue stress for both the seller & the buyer. Buying a home is a significant financial commitment, and clear, honest and proactive communication should be a basic expectation from a real estate professional. Unfortunately, that wasn't consistently delivered. While the purchase was ultimately completed, the overall experience was more frustrating and stressful than it needed to be.
