Darren Cuneen
didn’t enjoy my experience with Darren. He was very pushy, said he was there to help. First time buyer and Lawyer said the fee was very high. I was disappointed that he pushed a vunerable buyer into selling and buying. I would never recommend his service. He’s good at getting what he wants with pushy, sign on the dotted line types approach. After speaking with my lawyer, I was disappointed to know that I had been basically ripped off because of my inexperience of home buying. So, no, I’d never recommend your company. My cost went on advertising his face and pictures of my house that I specifically asked to not be previewed in my listing. Not the case. Alarm code not known or given or didn’t even know where it was. Security gate given but not given any instruction on use. Just apauling. Wish I knew the inspection was for prior to moving in - light bulbs etc. misinformed again. Just a rip of service to be fair. Preying on new home buyers. And yes I should’ve gone with the estate agent I knew, but I trusted in a con man. I feel sorry who I bought from and the ridiculous amount of money they and I soent. It was pressure coming to view my house and then sit there listing it before I agreed or had a chance. Advertising? Open homes weren’t anywhere I could see, so I’d like to see the information on that. I would like the information on the people who came through my house (Darcy place) as I’m entitled to it, so I’d appreciate that. Lastly, I’m disappointed in the manipulation and pressure of the sale. Not much went into making sure I was being helped. The cost was certainly not laid out in documents I had from other agents WHO TOOK TIME TO ACTUALLY HELP ME. I was a number. I could’ve dealt privately with my neighbour who bought the house from me. They could have saved money too. A very disappointed customer. - No information on alarm system - No information on the security system - No keys for internal doors After asking twice, a delayed reply to say no he didn't know
