Darnell's market experience was excellent, she had a good knowledge of what happening in the market and my area. She did all her homework on my property, doing her own re-search, eg: Lim, original builders, when house exterior last painted, our septic toilet pump system so any questions potential purchasers had she was able to answer them on the spot. I like the fact that she did not get too involved with CV and hooked into buyers feedback on price and kept it short and professional leaving the purchaser to their own homework.
