Darnell did an amazing job of selling our property in New Lynn, Auckland! Darnell was always cheerful and optimistic. Nothing was too hard for her and she definitely went over and above what she needed to do. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Darnell and would wholeheartedly recommend her to other sellers as she was very knowledgeable.
Darnell is an energetic and enthusiastic agent - we enjoyed working with her on the purchase of our new home. Big Thanks!
Darnell was very helpful with our purchase in Glen Innes and was very knowledgeable. Really pushes to get the deal done.
We listed our house with another agency initially but did not have a single offer for 4 months. We then changed to Darnell and within a few weeks she could get in a multi offer. Thanks for the hard work. Highly recommended.
We have sold 2 houses now with Darnell and both times she has delivered on what she says and always goes over and above what's required. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is an agent you can trust to get you the best solution for your property.
Darnell has now sold two houses for us. Her extensive knowledge makes it easy to understand how the whole process will work & is always available to answer questions throughout. Even with a contract in place Darnell continued to work hard to ensure all interested parties are communicated with to create back up offers. I'm sure we'll be using her again for the next house!
Darnell was a pleasure to deal with. She made herself available whenever we needed her and went above and beyond to sort some minor issues and ensure that the purchase went through without a hitch.
We initially met Darnell when viewing a property to purchase. She was friendly, engaging and truly made us feel like she wanted to help us. From that point we asked Darnell to come and appraise our property which she did almost immediately. Her communication is out of this world and she has a huge amount of knowledge about properties on the market. She helped us with every tiny detail, including trying to find builders and tradespeople to get the house ready for sale. What I love the most about Darnell as an agent is that she is down to earth but professional, has a lovely sense of humour and she was amazing to deal with! We would 100 percent use her again in the future and recommend her to others. “Simply the Best”
Darnell has successfully sold two properties for us in a market that started to turn just as we started our sales campaign. She has exceeded our expectations on both, providing exceptional levels of communication and service during the sales process. I have no hesitation in recommending Darnell and will happily engage her services in the future. Thank you, Darnell!

We had been looking for our FH and had seen a few houses. Darnell was probably the most proactive and engaging agent we had come across. We appreciated her level of communication and enthusiasm. She had a lot of knowledge and advice about the property, and that was all echoed by the building report we sought. She made us feel in control during our first auction, and we had a great outcome. Thank you for helping us into our FH Darnell!
Darnell's market experience was excellent, she had a good knowledge of what happening in the market and my area. She did all her homework on my property, doing her own re-search, eg: Lim, original builders, when house exterior last painted, our septic toilet pump system so any questions potential purchasers had she was able to answer them on the spot. I like the fact that she did not get too involved with CV and hooked into buyers feedback on price and kept it short and professional leaving the purchaser to their own homework. Whenever I needed an answer on anything she was able to give me a direct reply and said Liz, I'm all over it! and she was. Darnell was always on time prior to open homes and our meetings. Constant regular feedback by text and phone calls. I'm hoping she can assist us in our next purchase.
