We had an amazing experience selling our first home with Darnell. With baby on way it was time for the upgrade and Darnell was the perfect person to join our team. Her level of drive, diligence, market knowledge and most of all compassion was above and beyond our expectations and made what is usually a stressful process something that we enjoyed. Her communication is second to none. Always in touch and never too busy to take your call. We were always informed right throughout the process. She also has contacts who can help you with everything! No matter what you need. The other aspect that we found so helpful was that she wasn't just interested in our house sale but also in helping us find our next house. Darnell has offered us support and guidance during this process and we know she's always there for a question or for some much needed area knowledge should we need it. We highly recommend Darnell and look forward to her selling our next house.

I have dealt with other agents during the search for our first home but none that felt as right as Darnell! Darnell has a lot of knowledge, she’s passionate about real estate and genuinely a lovely person. I really felt at ease with her, she was always willing to go that extra mile for us and thanks to the lovely Darnell we were able to secure our first home :-) thanks so much for your insight, help and patience!

Darnell has been so wonderful in helping us get our first home! Excellent communication and she really makes you feel at ease.

Darnell was awesome from start to finish. Fantastic communication every day! No question was ever too big. Her negotiating skills are out of this world! Sold in record time and before we knew it, we're looking for a new house. Can't recommend her enough! Sign up with Darnell... She delivers on her promises. What more can I say? Amazing!!

Darnell worked extremely hard to get a fantastic result for us with the sale of our house. I have complete trust in her for helping us to find our new home.

Darnell was quick to respond, easy to talk to and very professional!

Awesome to work with, friendly, had my interests at heart and worked with me to get a great result. Always a hard decision to decide on agents but very happy with my choice.

Darnell is a highly driven agent who has amazing interpersonal skill. She is very focused on getting the reault and has helped us throughout the whole process. She certainly didn't treat our home as just another property rather as a home of her own. I highly recommend Darnell if you want a good result and smooth selling process.

Super professional and super quick to respond. So so happy with everything. Darnell made everything very easy and painless.

Darnell was able to help my son and daughter-in-law to find there first home After having tried for 3 months in a very complex market Darnell managed to join the dots Listen to our requests And find a amazing project The transaction to buy was conducted very professionally And both parties were happy with the result We would recommend Darnell to any purchaser

Darnell was really easy to deal with and helped me through the purchase process. Darnell showed flexibility in Settlement discussions and made the whole process a really good experience.

Darnell has what it takes to be a top Sales Agent. From advise on first marketing the property, to providing the correct advise to present it to the public. From open homes to follow ups on interested buyers. She is the complete Agent, who I would trust again and again. Regards Keith Cuthbert
