She has so much knowledge and just is always there for us when we need it. We where looking for about a year and a half and we had another person helping us at the beginning but she was bit pushy and always showing houses we cant afford but with Danean we have been with her for maybe 6 months and shes been so pasant and just amazing always listen to our thoughts and taking them on bored also slowing propteys that are in our price range . She just made the experience of buying a house so much better and less stressful. I cant recommended her enough the best one we've had. She is always so professional gives us her thoughts but she always whats to know how we are feeling and takes that on bored. My mum and dad are selling there house in the new year and they loved her so much they are going to sell there house with her and find them a house. Just nothing bad to say she amazing.

Shifting city was stressful enough and buying in a new city where the market was much different was daunting for us but Danean made things super easy. She found a list of houses for us to view that matched what we were after, took us around, explained the areas and was honest the whole way through. We really appreciated her guidance and valued and trusted her opinions! We came to Christchurch wanting to avoid auction and ended up buying at auction with the help of Danean. She took the time to help us understand the process and made it not scary at all! She was so helpful and we are very greatful to have had her on our side! Danean was fantastic right from the first meeting. She’s super approachable and always had our best interests front of mind. She made the whole buying process (which was very daunting as a first home buyer) extremely simple taking the time to walk us through every step and answered all our question or concerns in a timely manner.
