Danean has been absolutely incredible throughout this whole process. We had a fairly long list of requirements we wanted for the new house and a somewhat unrealistic budget to get them. Danean 100% delivered for us; she was kind and patient and went above and beyond to help us realise our dream. After a phone call asking for what i was looking for, what area i was looking in and a price limit - my inbox was soon filled with plenty of options to look at. After shortlisting some properties Danean had organised all of the open homes and came to each one alongside me and my family. Danean is one of the best property agents we have dealt with in a long time. She is neither pushy nor solely focused on the sale. She made the process easy and enjoyable as we searched for a house. The house we ultimately purchased wasn't even on our original list or in our intended area. However, she introduced it to us, and it fulfilled all the criteria we desired except for the location. Nonetheless, it was situated in an area that still met our preferences. Danean comprehended our requirements, explained options within our budget, and highlighted properties that might exceed it.
