I wish I could give 10 stars! Danean made our journey to buying our first home easy! Even despite all the bad luck we faced she stuck with us, kept us upbeat and took away all the stress. Danean has been absolutely incredible throughout this whole process. We had a fairly long list of requirements we wanted for the new house and a somewhat unrealistic budget to get them. Danean 100% delivered for us; she was kind and patient and went above and beyond to help us realise our dream. She took us to so many viewings, navigated our hectic schedules and helped corral our two whirlwind toddlers. When we hit a roadblock from the bank and lost out on the initial property we wanted, she convinced us to come and view just one more house when all I wanted to do was give up. We will be moving into that house in two weeks' time, thanks to her. I cannot thank her or recommend her highly enough.
I was approached by Danean when i inquired about a property that was under offer. After a phone call asking for what i was looking for, what area i was looking in and a price limit - my inbox was soon filled with plenty of options to look at. After shortlisting some properties Danean had organised all of the open homes and came to each one alongside me and my family. We shared laughs and discussed pros/cons at each house (and as a first home buyer this was so imformative). After the offer was made - She was always checking in, keeping me updated on her end and informing me on her communication with the lawyer. She was always on the ball following up information and communicating these. I couldn’t recommend Danean enough for her ongoing support through this high pressure journey!

Danean is one of the best property agents we have dealt with in a long time. She is neither pushy nor solely focused on the sale. She made the process easy and enjoyable as we searched for a house. The house we ultimately purchased wasn't even on our original list or in our intended area. However, she introduced it to us, and it fulfilled all the criteria we desired except for the location. Nonetheless, it was situated in an area that still met our preferences. Danean comprehended our requirements, explained options within our budget, and highlighted properties that might exceed it. We would defiantly recommend her to others and will use her services again when we buy another property.

I had a great experience with Danean, it was so nice having her line up all the houses to be viewed that day and having private viewings. She was always available and i felt like she had all the time in the world for me. I believe i got this house because of her, her speed of spotting it and getting us through before anyone else and helping me navigate a pre auction agreement. Now i can't believe i am in this house and want to thank Danean for her hard work!
