Absolutely recommend Dan!

We recently made the decision to return to New Zealand from the US with our family. Purchasing a home remotely and sight unseen is a rather challenging process however we were lucky enough to work with Dan who assisted us in the entire process and turned a difficult situation into a relatively straight forward one. Dan was always available, communication was excellent and despite dealing with him remotely we found him trustworthy, friendly and easy to work with. We felt he represented our interests well and worked hard to obtain a satisfactory outcome for both parties. Following the conclusion of our new home purchase we decided to sell another property we owned and listed our property with Dan. Once again the process proved to be a seamless one, communication was excellent and we were 100% confident in Dan's ability to work on our behalf to obtain the best sale for us.
