If selling a house was an Olympic sport, Damien Pivac would have more gold medals than Michael Phelps. From the moment we met him, Damien somehow managed to make the terrifying process of buying/selling a home feel less like a financial hostage negotiation and more like a mildly entertaining Netflix series. He answered every question — even the ridiculous ones — with the patience of a saint and the confidence of someone who actually knows what a boundary marker looks like. Damien is the kind of real estate agent who makes you think, “Wait… was that actually easy?” He’s professional, honest, ridiculously hardworking, and somehow always two steps ahead of everyone else. I’m convinced he has access to a secret real estate crystal ball. The entire process was smoother than a freshly renovated marble benchtop. Honestly, if Damien ran for Prime Minister, I’d at least hear him out.
