Dalbir has sound marketing skills, industry knowledge and communication skills. Property in question was in a mess as tenants left a lot of rubbish on site. I was trying to sell property with other agents and was not attracting any buys. Since Dalbir got involved, he suggested to clear all rubbish and make the property presentable. Dalbir sold my property in Mangere. I got a presentation from several agents but he was by far the most knowledgeable, honest and realistic as to price achievable, as the market was almost at its lowest point . He did the open homes , gave good feed back and was again honest with his summery of the potential buyers.
