From the moment we meet Craig, he put our minds at ease and feeling confident we understood the process and that we were all on the same page. From there the ongoing communication was exceptional, the vendor updates post open homes and ensuring we undstood each step along the way. Before we knew it auction day arrived. We felt welcome and as comfortable as possible stepping into the unfamiliar auction room! Craig went above and beyond to get the best price possible and we walked extremely happy with our outcome!
