As first home buyers, the process felt overwhelming at times but Craig made it so much easier, answering every question we had for him at any time. At auction day, Craig took care of everything with real skill and helped us secure our perfect first home. We trusted Craig’s judgement completely and we genuinely believe he had our best interests at heart. Craig was the biggest support person, who was filled with a world of knowledge not just about real estate but homes in general. He believed in our vision and paid attention to what we liked and disliked right down to the minor details. The process of finding the right home took quite a while for us, and when we started to doubt the process he was always there with positive influence and guidance. During the time it took to find the right home, we appreciated Craig’s personality and humour, it made the many open homes a much more enjoyable experience.
