He helped us to understand the things that we could do to help sell it and kept us up to date with what happened at the open homes and subsequent interest. He was always on time and professional and helped us to stay positive about the sale even though it took a little longer than we were expecting. He was able to negotiate a price for us that we thought was fair for the market that we were in. We appreciated his honesty and friendliness.
