Craig came across as a reliable sort of person, unfortunately I didn’t feel that he performed as I had expected. On a couple of ‘open homes’ there was no feedback. Not even a bit of paper from his notepad to say ‘no one through today’. He was quite sure we could get up near the $632,000 that he marketed the house for and he did say we need the right people to come through. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. I felt he was a bit misleading in several areas of our dealings. Overall I was actually sorry that I had gone with Harcourts instead of Property Brokers. Should have followed my gut feeling!!!!!
