The Smiths know Titirangi well. As a team that lives locally someone was always available to show prospective buyers through. Selling in a buyers market is tough but the Smiths team negotiated a great sale for me with a quick settlement date. Communication from the wider team was clear and punctual - I always knew a week out when my open home was scheduled. The use of WhatsApp as a group tool kept everyone on the know as to what was going on. Would recommend the team to sellers.
