Craig was very professional throughout the process of achieving a sale of our property in difficult circumstances. The 3 week campaign went quickly with 6 Open Homes (2 each Sunday). The feedback from these Open Homes was well documented and gave us the realistic hope that we would sell at Auction. The communication from Craig was well received with emails, phone calls and zoom meetings. His attitude was always positive and honest. He gave us good advice with regard to getting a builder's report and getting some of the small issues sorted. The attention we received was relaxed but professional, it was as if we were his only clients at that time and nothing was too much trouble. Sometimes I thought he must never sleep, as he would always be available for a call, 24/7. We have no regrets choosing Craig and his team to sell our house. We would use him again, no question.
