Craig was very professional throughout the process of achieving a sale of our property in difficult circumstances. Our property was unique in many ways, good and bad ranging from an awesome location but facing hurdles with deteriorating market conditions, the potential impact of global warming /seashore erosion and unique boundary issues. With the perseverance of the owner and the owners selling agent, a good outcome was finally achieved.

We were new to the Kapiti area and didn't really have a preference for a real estate agent or company. We decided to visit approx 20 Open Homes in the area, in the price range of the home we would be selling. During a couple of these Open Homes we met both Craig and his off-sider. I observed Craig at these Open Homes and he came across as a chatty, honest, friendly and knowledgeable local. He engaged well with the other open home attendees. Craig was keen to provide a free no-obligation appraisal and he went through the sale process in much detail with us. After much deliberation about having an Auction, he gave us a good sense of optimism and trust for the process. The marketing went well and everything fell into place quickly and on schedule. The 3 week campaign went quickly with 6 Open Homes (2 each Sunday). The feedback from these Open Homes was well documented and gave us the realistic hope that we would sell at Auction. The communication from Craig was well received with emails, phone calls and zoom meetings. His attitude was always positive and honest. He gave us good advice with regard to getting a builder's report and getting some of the small issues sorted. The attention we received was relaxed but professional, it was as if we were his only clients at that time and nothing was too much trouble. Sometimes I thought he must never sleep, as he would always be available for a call, 24/7. We have no regrets choosing Craig and his team to sell our house. We would use him again, no question.
