We recently sold our house with Coralie. If you want a troublefree, no hassles agent, get in touch with Coralie. We were thankful for her local knowledge, straight shooting manner and open communication. We had only ever sold one property before this one, so we really appreciated being stepped through the process in detail.
Her knowledge and confidence in the market has been awesome.Communication is always a priority for Coralie which helps as we are not in the district. we look forward to hopefully using her services again one day.
From the very first conversation we had with Coralie about listing our house, she was sensible, no nonsense, honest and diligent. She managed our expectations very well in what was a very random market, was consistent, thorough, patient, and professional throughout (but she also a great sense of humour and fun to work with). Coralie clearly knows what she is doing but never rests idly - our experience with Coralie was clearly only the tip of the iceberg for the work, research, communication, marketing, preparation and energy she put in. An outstanding real estate agent, I don't believe we'll ever find a better one. Thank you Coralie for working so hard behind the scenes and getting us a great outcome.
Very professional and down to earth, would recommend her for selling and purchasing.
Coralie sold our house super fast! Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Professional, friendly, brilliant to deal with!

Above and beyond with her service when asked to visit our property for us. Great service
Good communication with calls, txt, and email. Very helpful with queries and kept us informed of how the process was going. Also very reassuring.
We found Coralie to be very professional to deal with and goes out of her way to help with any paper work, she also kept us up to date on any progress.
