Coralie is very knowledgeable she know exactly what is going on in the property market.no matter what time or day it is you see Coralie out and about with clients.she is easy to contact no matter where she is.eg she was on the ski field when we decided to list our house and came to us within a hour of her getting home.i would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property
Coralie has been professional, motivated and friendly. She has been prompt in returning calls and emails. She was able to share her knowledge on the property and was quick to come back on things she needed to research. She helped us negotiate, for us it came down to river stones that helped create a beautiful Mackenzie landscape feel over the property. This may have been a nonsense to some but for someone who has been living in the city and returning to her roots, I believe she heard just how important this was to me. Our experience with her was brief as I knew what I wanted but she aided the process by allowing me to return to the property a number of times within just a few days.
Coralie was efficient, knowledgeable and proactive! She gave great advice before we signed with One Agency and provided excellent communication throughout the process. Thanks for the professional service, you made it so easy
Right from our first meeting we knew Coralie was the right agent to sell our home. She had fantastic local knowledge, a great sales history and a fantastic attitude. Coralie secured an offer on our home within 24 hours of it going to market and worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless sale. Even after the house was under offer she continued to market the property and secured a back up offer, which was fortunate as it was the back up offer that eventually worked out for us. Thanks so much Coralie!
Coralie has made the process so easy. She has been very helpful throughout and has gone over and above to make sure we achieve the best outcome. We would highly recommend her to others.
Last year we bought our Twizel home from Coralie. We were extremely impressed about her knowledge of the area, and her professionalism in delivering a home that ticked all the boxes for us. Coralie is amazing. She genuinely cares about you and your family and getting to know you personally. She listens to your requirements and what you are looking for in a home and section. Therefore, when we needed to sell a property this year, naturally Coralie was the obvious choice. I would highly recommend anyone that is wishing to sell or buy in Twizel to contact Coralie.
Coralie is easy to deal with and kept us well informed. She has very good knowledge of the local market and was spot on with the estimated sale price. Our place was a holiday home and we went to market mid winter. Coralie would light the fire, warm the place ahead of viewing which was much appreciated. We would have no hesitation recommending Coralie to anyone looking to sell or purchase.
We first engaged with Coralie about one year before our house sale, to request a valuation of our property. We appreciated her prompt, free and honest response. Coralie continued to keep in touch with us until we were able to find our "dream" home. At that time, Coralie listed our house for sale and with a fantastic marketing strategy, she had a buyer signed up immediately, with another un-conditional, back-up cash offer, within one week. Throughout the entire process, we found Coralie to be a great communicator, and efficient with all that needed doing. We would highly recommend her to any prospective buyers and sellers. Thanks Coralie for brilliant service and a fantastic result. John and Kate Webster
We engaged Coralie to sell our Twizel Holiday Home and found her a very capable and determined sales agent. Her communications were excellent and we were kept up to date with proceedings at all times. As we don't live in Twizel she ensured the house was opened up and looking inviting for all prospects to view and then put it to bed again until next time, she also assisted with an issue that occurred with the hot water cylinder while we were unable to attend to it at that time. We have recommended Coralie to other people and would be happy to engage her again should the occasion arise.
Coralie’s genuine personality instantly made us feel at easy, she understood our needs and required result and went above and beyond to achieve the result. Highly recommend her as an agent and prepared to be a reference if ever required, a well deserved 5 stars.
Coralie was super helpful and informative. We really appreciated everything she did to ensure a smooth sale of our house. Her knowledge of the area and also the Council processes really helped us. Thank you!
We were fortunate to have Coralie recommended to us. We found that her knowledge and skill of Real Estate and negotiation was “second to none”. Muchas Gracias Coralie x x
