We understood that Colin has taken on a new career, but if we compared Colin against other experienced agents, which we have done so recently, Colin has actually done a better job. He was honest, very transparent and there was no bullshit. He worked fairly between the buyer and the Vendor and I think he was very fair on both sides. He did his job for them but also for us, so a very fair transaction was completed. The key word here is communication, along with his full disclosures, we were actually very impressed.
