My experience with Colin was a positive one. I lived in a different city which made some things difficult. There were times when I thought Colin assumed I knew how to use all the modern contraptions of communication when I really only know telephone and email, but we managed, It is also not a given that older people know how to "sign, scan and send back". It can send us into conniptions. It was unfortunate that I didn't get the price I wanted and I could "see" the conversations between Colin, who knew what I wanted, and the buyer who Colin knew also. We understood that Colin has taken on a new career, but if we compared Colin against other experienced agents, which we have done so recently, Colin has actually done a better job. He was honest, very transparent and there was no bullshit. He worked fairly between the buyer and the Vendor and I think he was very fair on both sides.
