Clint had a reasonable idea of what we could get for our house, though overestimated what ended up as the actual sale price. However, we were subsequently pleased with the sale price, as market prices fell soon after our sale. Clint was efficient in promoting the sale of our house, and his suggestion to repaint and re-carpet, prior to putting the house on the market was a good one.
