It was quite a pleasure experience to deal with Clarence throughout this project's sale phase. He was going over and beyond to assist with any issues and thinking outside the box to make things happen. Proactivity, organisation, respect and most and foremost, care in understanding what was needed were key on getting this deal sale across the line. I have to mention that the house stayed on the market for less than 10 days, got a pre-auction offer, went to auction and got a higher amount than the original offer. Great stuff! To the next one!

Clarence, was an exceptional agent to work with upon selling my property in Christchurch. After working with cheaper agency and not having result for almost 6 months. I was looking to move, when I came across Clarence from Harcourts. Clarence knew exactly what needed to be done in ordered to get a sold sticker on my property. He mentioned the right marketing strategies with social media, he advise to stage to the property to give potential buyer some understanding, he got videos and photos done prior to staging and after staging. Which is all honesty the cheaper agency and agent never offered it to me. The cheaper agency didn't even advise about staging, or marketing, there was not even a single vendor report from the agent. Which is frustrating as an vendor, especially if your out of town vendor. Clarence stepped upto the mark and delivered the results, I was after as a vendor. He provided all the right techniques including weekly vendor reports, he kept you updated after each open home. So, except for paying a cheaper commission to cheap agency, there really isn't any benefits of going to them. Trust your local Harcourts but I will say trust Clarence Monsanto from Harcourts. He will get the job done for you.
