He also supported us through the final stages of getting the house ready for the market, helping to coordinate the cleaning and those last-minute adjustments that needed to be done before listing. Clarence was very quick to respond to questions and in a very professional manner. He is always very smartly dressed and very polite. He arranged many open homes and managed the negotiations to complete the sale for us. His lovely bunch of flowers is still blooming.
