Clare is exceptional! From the moment we met Clare some years ago we decided we would utilize her knowledge and expertise when we sold our home. She did not disappoint. Her knowledge of the area, the market and real estate overall is exemplary. Clare has been quick to respond to our questions; there have been so many. Late or early - there was always a reply. It was so reassuring to know she was just at the other end of the phone. Clare is very organized and meticulous - every document was explained in detail, open homes were done on time every week and the follow up reports were always delivered positively. Our best interest was at the centre of it all. Selling a house is so intense and and so stressful - we found her positivity very reassuring. Every piece of advice was gratefully received. For Clare it is not just about closing the sale, it is about the people on either side of the transaction - vendor and purchaser. Clare assisted us with council paperwork when we had no idea where to start. The attitude was "let's get this done" and she did and no time at all. We would highly recommend Clare to anyone selling / buying a house. She really does her best to make it all as simple as can be. Her counselling service is second to none! Clare you are a remarkable lady. THANK YOU for everything.

Great service with all the information and preparation for settlement and providing the house key within the time frame.

Clare provided me with excellent service. She had a professional manner as well as being caring, helpful, affirming and positive. Her knowledge of the market can not be questioned and proved to be most valuable. Her advice was sound and the feedback following the open homes was comprehensive. Recommend Clare without reservations.

From the time I contacted Clare re the sale of my property at Huntington Park, I have felt very supported by her. Nothing was too much trouble! Once again we have had Claire as our sales representative and have been very satisfied with the professional and friendly service we have received. Another positive outcome!

The weekly reports with the positive and negative feedback from viewers was good about what they had to say about my property.

Clare has been amazing throughout the journey of selling our home. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and is only too happy to share. We felt respected and safe throughout. We couldn’t recommend Clare enough ! We honestly believe Clare deserves a pay rise and a PA. She would also benefit from an all expenses paid trip (cocktails included).
