Clare was helpful and professional in all her communication. Her knowledge of the market and her ability to explain the process to inexperienced buyers was top notch. We highly recommend Clare to buyers and sellers alike.

Clare is an agent par excellence, when you deal with Clare - what you get is what you see - no hidden agendas. She is upfront and honest and took care of everything for us and managed the full process since we were overseas. All our wants and demands were taken care of (believe me there were a few!!) by her in the most professional manner. Clare kept us informed in the minutest detail about everything happening behind the scenes including buyer feedback etc. She was always open to suggestions from us and would guide and advise us as to what was in our best interest. Clare worked for us relentlessly till she got the result we were satisfied with, without ever being pushy or frustrated when we were unreasonable at times. Thank you Clare for all your hard work and a wonderfully positive attitude.

Thank you so much for your kind message and all the support you provided throughout the home-buying process. I’m truly grateful for your guidance, professionalism, and attention to detail, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Your prompt communication to helping me negotiate with the vendor let me felt confident in my decision every step of the way. I would be delighted to share my positive experience and leave a review, as I believe others would also benefit greatly from working with you. Thank you

Clare Nicholson is a dedicated and hard-working agent and has put in considerable time to find a deal for us with a difficult property in a difficult market. We are very pleased with the result. In addition, she has been extremely supportive of and helpful to our tenant of over 20 years, who is now losing us as landlord, and will have to move out in the foreseeable future. This is the third time Clare has sold a property for us.

Did her best for us despite a difficult market.

Clare is a professional agent. Me and my mom really enjoyed working with her.
