Persistence wins the day

Recently while looking for a property to renovate I noticed a property advertised by Christine. I approached her for an appointment. She was helpful, knowledgeable and professional and we made an appointment to view. It was a true do up. Unfortunately I did not see the value that the vendor did and we did not proceed. Over time (months) Christine followed up regularly gently encouraging me to persist. I was not keen. However her helpful but firm "persistence" and "insistence" meant we eventually reached an agreement and I now own the property. I can safely say the only reason we got there, was due to Christine's tenacity, professionalism and stick ability.
