Christine was able to offer support and guidance through the difficult process of putting our parents home on the market. She was patient as we struggled to clear the property and offered valuable advice on the way forward. Unfortunately the Council placed the property into a flood zone and this made it tricky to find a buyer. Her enthusiasm and support for every open home and dealings with each vendor was appreciated.
Christine is a delight to deal with. Very knowledgeable on the current market and took a realistic approach towards selling our property in a difficult market. Open homes every weekend, nothing was too hard for Christine I would absolutely list with Christine again in a heartbeat.

Recently while looking for a property to renovate I noticed a property advertised by Christine. I approached her for an appointment. She was helpful, knowledgeable and professional and we made an appointment to view. It was a true do up. Unfortunately I did not see the value that the vendor did and we did not proceed. Over time (months) Christine followed up regularly gently encouraging me to persist. I was not keen. However her helpful but firm "persistence" and "insistence" meant we eventually reached an agreement and I now own the property. I can safely say the only reason we got there, was due to Christine's tenacity, professionalism and stick ability. If you are looking for the best agent to sell your home I can recommend her highly and am happy to provide a verbal reference as required.
